ONLINE EXAM FEE PAYMENT FOR UNIVERSITY SEMESTER EXAMINATION NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2024

READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

IN THE APPLICATION NUMBER TEXT BOX ON THE NEXT PAGE ENTER YOUR EXAM REGISTER NUMBER PRINTED ON THE HALL TICKET. CHECK YOUR NAME AND OTHER DETAILS, ENTER THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND THEN PROCEED TO MAKE PAYMENT

1. VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION - EXAMINATION FEE MUST BE PAID ONLY UNDER EXAMINATION FEE HEAD. IF EXAMINATION FEE IS PAID UNDER TUITION FEE HEAD THEN THAT AMOUNT WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY FOR TUITION FEES AND NOT EXAMINATION FEE, BECAUSE TUITION FEE AND EXAMINATION FEE GET TRANSFERRED TO DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNTS AND HENCE ADJUSTMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

2. In application number, enter your register number.

3. Check your register number and name. If there is any discrepancy contact College Office immediately before making payment.

4. Only one payment inclusive of all the following that is applicable must be paid. That is, students must calculate amount payable for each of the following, sum them up and must enter that total amount in the textbox

      a. Exam Fee for Current Semester - This amount is given in the Exam Fee Details Circular available on the College Web Portal and also circulated through Whatsapp groups

      b. Exam Fee for Theory Arrear Papers (if any)

      c. Exam Fee for Practical Arrear Papers (if any)

5. There is no provision for refund of Exam Fee. Hence utmost care must be taken by the student to pay exact and correct amount

6. If amount is debited from your bank account and status remains pending on payment portal, contact College Office.

7. To generate receipt anytime again, login using your registered id and go to "Past Payments" link and download receipt.

8. Try to make exam fee payment at the earliest possible. Do not wait till the last date. Any issues arising out of pending transactions will be the sole responsibility of the student.

9. Those students who have completed their minimum duration of studies but still have arrear papers must confirm whether they are eligible for this examination session and then make exam fee payment.

10. Refund request must be made only to the College Office. Refund request should not be submitted to the Bank or through the Payment app.
